Point Loma Farms
Point Loma Farms raises purebred Mangalista pigs exclusively for us on their farm in San Diego County. Nicknamed the woolly pigs, their meat is a luscious red and its 50-percent fat content gives is a beautiful marbled, buttery flavor. They enjoy vegetable scraps from Tender Greens restaurants which are also grown at Point Loma Farms, bringing the sustainable cycle full circle.
